We are a veteran-owned business hiring a Restoration Technician to assist with water, fire, and mold damage recovery projects. This position involves hands-on labor including equipment setup, structural drying, demolition, and jobsite cleanup. No prior restoration experience is required. We provide fully paid training and industry certifications to candidates with a strong work ethic and dependability. Veterans and military service members are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to get to and from work.
- On-Call Availability: Must be willing to participate in an emergency on-call schedule for after-hours response.
- Confined Spaces: Must be comfortable working occasionally in tight spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Background Check: All candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check.

- Perform structural drying, water extraction, demolition, and cleanup tasks per work orders and supervisor instructions.
- Load, unload, clean, and maintain job vehicles, equipment, and supply inventory.
- Set up containment barriers and prepare jobsites for safe restoration work.
- Clean and restore jobsites to orderly conditions upon project completion.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with crew leadership and property owners.
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Work comfortably at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces).
- Stand, walk, kneel, push, pull, and bend for extended periods.
- Work safely around standard household and restoration cleaning chemicals.
- Travel locally and occasionally out of state for emergency restoration calls.
