What You'll Do
- Respond to emergency water damage calls
- Perform water extraction and structural drying
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Perform mold remediation
- Document jobs with moisture readings and photos
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Available for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
- Must live within 30 minutes of Dulles, VA
Restoration experience or IICRC certifications are a plus—but we'll train the right person who's eager to learn, work hard, and grow with our company.

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
